I stayed at the Hyatt for a couple of nights a few weeks ago. Overall it's a decent hotel. It's pretty well-located; a bit of a walk from New Street Station, but it's very convenient for a lot of the major attractions in the city. Staff at check-in were really welcoming. I did spend quite a lot of time during my stay waiting for lifts, which I guess is just a downside of it being a big, high-rise hotel with lots of guests. The room was very spacious, albeit a bit dated (especially the bathroom). What really bothered me was that I'd paid extra for an upper-floor room to get views of the city, but the windows were FILTHY.
Stayed here with colleagues whilst on business. Nice hotel especially walking into the hotel lobby. Lovely feel and atmosphere. The room was spacious and a view of the canal.
Very nice and well organised stadium. Really enjoyed but the only thing which I didn’t like was the food prices. Everything was so expensive. Small fish and chips costed me £15.

The hotel staff can be slightly blunt, when asking why I have yet to receive my £quarenta deposit back, I was told it takes 5-7 days and if it exceeds this time period assume it is being taken for damages. We did not cause any damages, the room was left how it was found. I am upset with this and I’m considering whether I will be booking this hotel again.
There are plenty of food places to choose pizza hut i would recommend , and you can have a nice day or evening bowling, but the service is terrible, you will be waiting for a lane and getting told wrong lanes from staff.Also cinema in there is good .

The hospitality is very good and the food taste really good. I love the secret garden restaurant. It has a bar restaurant as well which is accessible till early morning. I can say that it is one of the best Hyatt hotels I have stayed or visited.

!! This was a surprise! Totally ruined. They have now submitted a refund without any apology, absolutely disgusting customer service I am appalled by this hotel and will certainly not give them any business in the future, I wanted to do something special the hotel just had a 'I don't care attitude'
